ASMN Premium Members Brace for Capacity Building Workshop

In a bid to empower African Scholars Mentorship Network (ASMN) Premium members for greater competence, DIaDeRC is organising a capacity-building workshop for ASMN premium members. This is geared at equipping members with the requisite capacity in data analysis (primary/cross-sectional, time series and panel data) as well as other skillsets essential for their march towards rewardable scholarly adventures such as collaboration using Google Workspace and insights to access global fellowships/awards.

The 4-week virtual training will run from Sunday, August 18^th through 8^th September 2024 by 6 pm (GMT+1). The highlights include:

Week 1: 18^th August 2024 – Optimising Google Workspace for Research Collaboration

Week 2:  25^th August 2024  – Primary Data Analysis

Week 3:  1^st September 2024 – Secondary Data Analysis

Week 4: 8^th September 2024 -Practical Insights on Access Global Research Fellowships and Awards

The need for the capacity building workshop stemmed from the interactions held during ASMN Premium Member Batch 1 onboarding and subsequent meeting with ASMN Premium Cluster Leads with DIaDeRC Team.  The training is exclusively for premium members of ASMN; however, interested persons who want to be part of it are encouraged to sign up for ASMN Premium membership via this LINK.
