Ayodotun Stephen Ibidunni is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Business Administration Department at Chrisland University, Nigeria. His research interests are Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship in developing economies. Dr. Ibidunni has published more than 130 articles in reputable international peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and conferences. He is a recipient of many local and international awards. His works have appeared in reputable journals including African Journal of Economics and Management Studies, the Journal of African Business, Managerial and Decision Economics, and the Journal of Workplace Learning, among others. He currently serves on the editorial board and as a reviewer for many international journals and conferences. Dr Ibidunni is the pioneer Director of the International Centre for Policy Research and Industry Linkages (ICePRIL). ICePRIL is currently revolutionizing research across Africa through mentorship sessions, Masterclasses and purposeful international conferences that bridge the gap between industry and academia.
