Abigail Adelegan is an MSc student at the University of Uyo. She is an ardent researcher and development enthusiast with a passion for sustainability, technology-driven solutions, and capacity building. She holds a strong academic and professional background in research, policy analysis, and environmental sustainability, with a focus on blockchain technology, agricultural innovation, climate resilience, and socioeconomic impact analysis.

Abigail is currently expanding her knowledge in cutting-edge technologies and sustainable development strategies through various academic and professional training programs. She is committed to using interdisciplinary research to drive meaningful impact in Africa and beyond.

As a Research Assistant at DIaDeRC, Abigail actively contributes to capacity-building initiatives, mentoring young scholars, and facilitating knowledge exchange within the African research community. She is passionate about fostering collaborations that bridge academia and real-world solutions, ensuring that research translates into practical and transformative development outcomes.
