The organisation is committed to providing rigorous analysis, policy advice, management technical assistance and training services to national and state governments, international development agencies, leading private sector organizations, and other public sector non-government organizations.
They currently seek very strong candidates for the vacant positions of Senior Associate. The job will cover but not be limited to the following:
• Managing the implementation of the firm’s specialized research and management consultancy work
• Data analysis, management, and interpretation
• Dissemination of research findings
• Partnership with the wider research and management consultancy community
The qualifications and experience for the role include:
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Development, Public Policy, Statistics, Social Sciences, Management Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, of which 3 years must be in research and/or management consultancy.
• Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience in statistical analysis using software such as SPSS, Stata, E-views, etc.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
